about me

I am a Copenhagen based danish graphic designer, born in 1981 in the rural contry of Jutland where I ran free with the wild animals untill 2002. That year I packed my bags and moved to Copenhagen in pursuit of my creative dreams.


The first couple of years I lived a bohemian lifestyle doing streetart, freelance illustration and Dj’ing in the Copenhagen undergroundscene; occationally taking courses in Arts and Printing. In 2005 I figured out it would be a good idea for me to get some papers on my skills, so I applied for a graphic technical education called “Media Graphic” (-at this time I was really into doing screenprinting, and had made a name of myself on the streetart scene with my posters and stickers). I soon realized that I wouldn’t fit in with the strictly technical part of the graphic bussiness. I was missing the creative part! I motivated myself to complete the 1,5 basic year of the education, (witch later has come in handy when I am challanged with technical issues)
Fortunately I was admitted “The Danish Scool of Media & Journalism” in the summer of 2007, just 6 month after I had said goodby to the Technical School. Here I studied graphic design in all its aspects until I graduated the summer of 2010.
These last couple of years I have been doing a lot of different things like:

- Doing an Internship at “Goodmorning Technology” where I was a part of varrious projects as a graphic designer. www.gmtn.dk

- Co-founding the mobile soundsystem koncept “Lirekassen” -see more about that at Lirekassen

- Dj’ing all the Copenhagen Nightclubs and arranging club events.

- Finishing an intense course in Project Management this summer (august-september) with a certification worth 10 etcs points

-from may I have become Associate Designer at the Aarhus based think tank Creature

-I’v been living in Vienna for the last nine month Freelanchin’ it and beeing involved in the the art-scene there! (doing numerous non-profit projects)
